Chapstick: Sappho

Chapstick returns to The Cuff Complex on Friday, December 4th for our final edition of the year, featuring Portland-based DJ and musical artist Sappho.

Our quarterly sapphic / FLINTA-focused night centers talent from across that spectrum. Named with a playful nod to the ways our community describes itself, Chapstick makes room to dance, connect, and spend a night together at Cuff.

Sappho brings a deep record collection and an eclectic approach to the booth, drawing from ’70s disco, contemporary house, minimal techno, and dance pop. They’re a resident DJ for touring parties including Sapphic Factory and Deadhead Disco, a co-owner of Koritsi Komma Records, and a longtime advocate for inclusive spaces in dance music.

Join us for one more Chapstick before the year is out. Music starts at 10 PM and runs late.
